To support Lusso’s rapid growth and expanding product range, I worked alongside its product and design teams to bring clarity and consistency to the brand’s installation guides - an essential touchpoint in the customer journey.

After a full audit of existing documents - which varied widely in tone, structure, and visual style due to the speed of the Lusso’s expansion - I created a refined, user-friendly template that aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning. As part of this extensive project, I also applied this new standard across hundreds of existing product lines, transforming fragmented content into a cohesive suite of on-brand guides.
